About Our VR Hire

Our VR hire puts the headsets, the content and the crew in one booking. Hire anything from a single headset for an exhibition stand to 50 headsets running at once for a conference or company party. Our staff set up, run every session and pack down at the end, and nobody needs VR experience to join in.

Choose what your guests play. The VR Escape Room puts teams of 4 to 10 against the clock to solve puzzles together. The VR Flight Simulator shows real 360° footage from inside a fighter jet, and each headset needs only about 1×1 m of space. The AI & Metaverse Experience Arcade mixes VR with robotics and reaction games for groups of 10 to 1,000, and our racing simulators can add VR headsets too.

VR headset hire suits trade show stands, conference breakouts, team building days, Christmas parties and private events. We bring all the connection requirements, including the internet, so you just tell us about the venue and we handle the rest.

Features of our VR Headsets

1 to 50 VR Headsets

Hire a single headset or run up to 50 at once, so queues stay short and everyone gets a turn.
Escape Rooms, Flights & Games

Pick VR escape rooms, real fighter-jet flight footage or metaverse games, or mix several at one event.
Small Footprint

A flight simulator needs about 1×1 m and an escape room team about 2×2 m, so VR fits offices, stands and breakout spaces.
Beginner Friendly

No VR experience needed. Every game is intuitive and our staff guide each guest through it.
Self-Contained Setup

We bring all the connection requirements, including the internet, so there is nothing for your venue to set up.
Fully Staffed

Our team delivers, sets up, runs every session and packs down, so you can enjoy the event.
